Our current chronic disease epidemic is a direct result of the way we eat and the way we live. In order to avoid and reverse chronic illness and to extend not only our lifespan but our healthspan, we need a reeducation in what’s missing, what’s causing harm and how we can get on the path back to our natural state of health and wellbeing.
Bioindividiual Nutrition & Lifestyle Recommendations
Understanding our bioindivdual nutrition needs is a key part of addressing the root cause of chronic illness and poor health. Because of this, my work with clients is a highly individualized investigation into nutrient intake, gut health, stress, mental health, movement, connection and any other factor that could come between us and our good health.

We’ll start with a free introductory phone call to discuss your health concerns and goals. If we decide to work together we’ll schedule our initial intake session at this time.

The initial intake session will last about 90 minutes and is $190. After that all sessions are $95 and last 45 - 60 minutes. Payment is expected after each session.
I am not in network with any insurance; however, some insurance companies will reimburse for out-of-network nutrition consultancy.

After our introductory call we can determine an appropriate commitment length. Because it takes time to implement changes and see results, I ask that all clients commit to meeting twice monthly for either 3 or 6 months to start.
